The Seaside Seabird Sanctuary's education center is a fun, interactive way to learn more about our feathered friends. Inside, visitors can Learn about the origins of birds, such as their pre-historic ancestors.

Visitors can watch a looped video that talks about the history of the Seaside Seabird Sanctuary, and what the Sanctuary's mission is. There is also an interactive true or false quiz featured in the video which will quiz you on bird facts and urban legends.

Visitors can also watch various live presentations that are conducted inside the Education Center periodically throughout the week as well.

​On display are various items such as eggs, bones, and feathers belonging to various species of birds. Also on display are vintage and current avian medical equipment that was once used, or is currently used in the avian medicine and rehabilitation field.
